Produce
We try to get as much local produce as possible. Chef/Owner Nathan and Chef Corey change our menu seasonally with the produce our local farmers have available. Choosing to not only work with local business, but to also work with local foods keeps our team and patrons connected to the community in a close and personal way.
Some of our local farms are Farm Table West, Shoshone Farms and Greybull Valley. We hope that when you enjoy food with us you can enjoy the amazing produce our farmers grow here in our amazing community.

Chef/Owner Nathan took great care in choosing to work with the Seattle Fish Co. to bring in some of the freshest and tastiest sea food!
Meats
Wyoming has some amazing ranches that raise amazing animals. Chef Nathan chose Wyoming Legacy Meats to provide meat that was raised right here in Northern Wyoming.
Bakery/Pastries/espresso bar
Trailhead’s bakery is officially homegrown. Jason’s brioche sesame buns, English muffins, and sourdough now elevate every plate, while Kirsten’s focaccia and baguettes add depth to our grill and sandwich offerings. We’re also rolling out housemade pastries daily, best enjoyed alongside a bold espresso or one of our weekly rotating coffee specials. It’s a handmade approach to every bite and sip.

Grab a craft cocktail and enjoy some live music in our venue. Each week we bring in a variety of performers for your enjoyment. Guests can also relax in our lounge and enjoy a cigar and cocktail. The cigar lounge has a one way glass window so you can still watch and enjoy the live music. Come watch your favorite sports teams on our 70” TV’s and our projection TV.
